Weekly Yoga Schedule


Morning Classes:

  • Hatha Yoga
    Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM – 10:15 AM

 

Afternoon Classes:

  • Vinyasa Flow
    Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM

  • Yin Yang Flow
    Tuesday: 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM

  • Yin Yoga
    Thursday: 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM

 

Mid-Morning Classes:

  • Yoga Burn*
    Tue, Thu, Sat : 10:30 AM – 11:30

*A juicy vinyasa flow blend with strengthening Pilates moves.

Dharamsala: May-September

7:30-8:30am  - Pranayama & Meditation

9:00-10:15am - Hatha Yoga (All levels)

16:00-17:30pm - Vinyasa Flow (Advanced)

Please note that there are no classes offered on Saturday afternoon and no classes on Sunday
