200hr (Multi-Style) Teacher Training Course

A comprehensive 200-hour course infused with experience, knowledge and passion, led by Mohit and Prem Verma, focusing on:


  • Asana practice

  • Alignment & Anatomy

  • Pranayama

  • Yogic Philosophy

  • Flow

  • Shatkarmas


Days 1-7


We'll delve deep into yoga's core, exploring physical exercises, profound thoughts, and body cleansing. Beginning with an assessment of your skeletal structure and muscular system, we'll progress to learn foundational yoga postures such as Sun Salutations and contemplate the essence of yoga. Additionally, we'll focus on techniques for deep breathing and nasal cleansing to promote overall health. Concentration exercises will aid in enhancing focus and calming the mind. By the end of the first week, we'll integrate these components and reflect on how yoga contributes to our well-being. Homework assignments will include daily practice of Sun Salutations, reading about yoga, and journaling about your experiences.


Days 8-21


We'll explore the dynamic realm of modern yoga while honouring traditional practices. Emphasising smooth transitions between poses and refining posture, we'll learn advanced sequences to deepen our practice. Through pranayama techniques and meditation, we'll seek inner harmony and equilibrium. Moreover, we'll delve further into yogic philosophy, seeking practical applications in our daily lives. Anatomy sessions will enhance our understanding of the body's mechanics and its relationship to yoga practice.


The course culminates with a certification ceremony to mark your journey.
