Awareness of your self is the key to healing and promoting change, as once you have self awareness you can see both the challenges and the possibilities to make meaningful choices.
 

If you are ready to heal and create changes in your life, then we invite you to join us for a 5 Day Self Awareness Retreat, a mind and body experience, designed to increase your self awareness and move beyond your limitations.
 

Our specialist team combine 1:1 therapy sessions, somatic techniques and specific workshops with asana, breath and meditation, supporting you to quieten your mind, move into your body and create a union, which will last a lifetime. 

 

We have created a safe, non-judgemental space, where you will be supported to explore your mind and body and start healing your wounds.

 

Our team of experts is led by Mohit (yoga asanas) and Prem (pranayama, meditation) and assisted by Nas (1:1 counselling/therapy) and Gautam (private chef).

 

Arrive Sunday after 3pm
Depart Friday at 12pm

Daily Schedule from Monday

7.30-8.30am ~ Pranayama & meditation 

9-10.15am ~ Hatha yoga (suitable for all levels)

10.30am ~ Breakfast 

Private 1:1 Therapy sessions ~  retreat includes 3 private 60 minute sessions, scheduled throughout your week

1.30pm ~ Lunch 

3-4pm ~ Workshops & Sharing circle 

Free time

Included during your 5 day retreat: 1 Yin Yoga class and 1 Sound healing session

"My own journey of self-awareness deepened during my travels to India. Here, I experienced the peace of Eastern philosophy, studying yoga, Buddhism and Tantra, embracing deep connection and understanding of self, for the benefit of all. Returning to the UK, I studied therapy, feeding my hunger to understand human psychology.

 

Qualifying as a Humanistic Integrative therapist enabled me to support clients, whilst I have continued learning through personal therapy and Somatic techniques, I am passionate to share my skills to support others, for the benefit of all.

 

My practice values your individuality and the belief that you have the answers you seek, whilst acknowledging that at times you may need support.

 

The therapeutic relationship is key, and I am here to offer a space of acceptance, where you feel safe to explore your thoughts and feelings with curiosity and non-judgement and gain deeper self awareness.

Within our work together we may integrate different techniques to enhance your process, creating space for parts of you that you may have rejected, supporting you to accept yourself and become authentic. Working with somatic techniques allows us to integrate your mind and body, so you can experience the feelings which move you. I ask that you trust me to weave these in if they feel aligned, but this will always be an invitation and the choice is yours.
